• International shipping charges depend on package weight, shipping method, and destination country, and will be shown at checkout.

General Terms

• Orders are processed only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major Indian holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Tracking details will be shared via email once the order has been shipped.
• India Post shipments include assured doorstep delivery. Delivery through Professional Couriers depends on service availability at the destination, and customers may need to collect the parcel from the courier office if doorstep delivery is unavailable.
• Address changes cannot be accommodated once an order has been processed for shipping. Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete shipping details while placing orders.
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, recipient absence, or refusal to accept will be returned to Soochiem Noolum. Reshipping charges must be borne by the customer.
